Kelsey Bill-Triplett

Kelsey Bill-Triplett is the Director of the Special Investigations Unit at Jager Investigations, where she brings a wealth of experience and a sharp investigative mindset to every case. A former Intelligence Specialist in the United States Marine Corps, Kelsey deployed multiple times in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and later served as a contracted intelligence analyst with U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM).
Kelsey continued her career in public safety as a crime and investigative analyst at a sheriff’s office. After completing her degree in Criminology, she transitioned into the private investigative industry, quickly developing a strong focus in complex investigations using a unique intelligence-based approach. Over time, she expanded her expertise into surveillance and ultimately became a co-owner of Jager Investigations.
Kelsey maintains a high level of professionalism in all aspects of her work, drawing on her Marine Corps training to lead investigations with discipline, integrity, and attention to detail. Her diverse background allows her to approach each case with tactical precision and unmatched discretion.

Mark is a highly experienced Licensed Private Investigator with over 20 years of investigative work across the State of Florida. A veteran of the British Royal Navy, Mark brings a disciplined and detail-oriented approach to every assignment. His career includes extensive experience in private security, executive protection, counter-surveillance, and intelligence gathering.
Known for his exceptional organizational skills and ability to get results quickly, Mark is trusted by clients who value both efficiency and accuracy. His strategic mindset and no-nonsense work ethic make him a dependable choice for complex investigations requiring discretion, precision, and speed.

Jason served with distinction in the United States Army as an infantryman during Operation Enduring Freedom, including direct involvement in Operation Dragon Strike in 2011. Following battlefield injuries, he received an honorable medical discharge and transitioned his skills and discipline into the private sector. Drawing on his military background and commitment to service, he co-founded Jäger Investigations and now leads the company as President.
Under his leadership, Jäger Investigations has grown into a trusted provider of investigative services across Florida and the United States, with a particular emphasis on complex surveillance operations and high-stakes cases involving missing children. Widely regarded as a highly skilled surveillance investigator, he brings unmatched attention to detail, strategic insight, and discretion to every case.
His unwavering commitment to truth, public safety, and ethical investigative practices continues to drive Jäger’s mission to serve clients with integrity. Jason Hall is a distinguished security professional and licensed private investigator with over 30 years of combined experience in military, government, and private-sector operations. A 20-year U.S. Army veteran, he has developed and led complex security and protection programs across 15 countries, gaining deep cultural insight and operational versatility through assignments in Europe, South America, and the Middle East.
Following his military career, Mr. Hall served more than seven years with Triple Canopy in Iraq, holding critical leadership positions including Deputy Program Manager, Personal Security Specialist, Shift Leader, and Personnel Operations Chief. His work in these roles focused on safeguarding high-profile individuals and coordinating strategic operations in high-risk environments.
Today, Mr. Hall brings that same level of discipline, discretion, and tactical expertise to the private investigative industry. He specializes in conducting comprehensive investigations with a focus on factual accuracy, client confidentiality, and actionable results. His diverse background enables him to approach every case with professionalism, cultural awareness, and a strategic mindset honed through decades of real-world experience.
